A Special Note From A Satisfied Reader - July 24, 2012

Dear Cindy and Matt,

It is a pleasure to write this letter to you, complimenting and commending you and your staff for the exemplary quality of the advertising carried in The Merchandiser Magazine.

My wife Peg and I have been frequent readers of The Merchandiser for many years, touting the high quality of advertising solicited by your firm.

This past May, I began my search for a mobility van, one that was designed to transport a scooter or wheelchair. I was amazed to learn that there were not too many such dealerships. Good fortune followed my efforts when I hit on the ad placed by the AA Eastern Mobility dealership in nearby Woodsboro, Maryland. I followed with a phone call and was greeted by Nancy, the receptionist and later learning that Nancy was the owner’s "Girl Friday." An appointment was made to inspect the existing stock of van’s that suited our needs.

We were politely greeted by Ron Laneve, the owner of the dealership, who showed us a variety of van’s that suited our needs. It didn’t take very long that the match was made and we decided on a 2002 Dodge Caravan SE with only 34,150 original miles.

Ron and his staff of technicians were on hand to answer any questions or make any requested adjustments to the van. It was a pleasure dealing with such professionals! We would encourage your entire readership to keep Ron Laneve at AA-Eastern Mobility in a safe place for easy reference.

In conclusion, may this experience be the continuation of the mutually profitable business relationship between your firm and all potential advertisers seeking high quality advertising that precipitates qualified buyers.

Gratefully,
Harold “Hal” Yaskovich
